2015 Dodge Hellcat

2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat, Motor Trend, Dec. 15

o The fact that the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat has four doors makes it even more ludicrous than its two-door Challenger counterpart, which we loved dearly, Motor Trend said. Like the Challenger, the Charger SRT Hellcat's astonishing 707 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque come from a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V-8 mated strictly to an ZF eight-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the rear wheels, the magazine said. Stomping the pedal at 60-mph can easily produce black stripes and smoke as the Hellcat fishtails into ludicrous speeds, the article said. Ride quality is comfortable on the streets, and despite its hood scoop and pair of heat extractor vents, the Charger Hellcat was relatively incognito on the streets; and the Charger Hellcat is as docile as a house cat when slogging through Los Angeles rush hour traffic, Motor Trend said.
